The problem with fifteen-year-old inverters
With a device of that age, the question is not only whether it can be repaired, but whether the parts still exist. Many brands from that period have disappeared or their old series have long been withdrawn from production.
Restoring to an old device is often double pay
If you find another part, you pay for working hours for a device that stops again in two years. Then you paid twice a mechanic and you're still standing where you started. In that case, we say honestly: replace.

Pick a hybrid inverter, even if you don't want a home battery today. The price difference with a regular is small. Otherwise you pay twice for working hours: if you still want a battery in three years, you can get an ordinary inverter out again. You don't commit to anything, you just keep the door open.
Is it still rolling, but is your profits falling?
That's a different story, and then replaced is often just not the solution. A sinking yield without an error code usually comes from something else: a failed string, too high power voltage in your street, or dirt and moss on the bottom row. We first measure per string and read your power supply. It'll take you an hour. An inverter you didn't need costs you a lot more.

At that age, almost always replace. Parts are scarce and after the repair the next break often follows quickly. Then you pay twice for working hours.
Do my panels need to be replaced?
Not usually. Panels last a lot longer than inverters. We measure them, and only when they do not deliver effectively will we say so.
Do I lose my certificates if I replace my inverter?
A converter replacement is logged in and the installation is inspected. What that means for your specific file depends on your situation. We'll tell you in advance what we're dealing with and what you need to check with your supplier.
You guys put in any new panels?
