We record scope and necessary documentation per phase. In an office space we also discuss which workplaces should remain available and when necessary power interruption is possible.
For associations of co-owners: first determine what is common
Does the enquiry concern shared areas or a single apartment? That distinction matters for EV charging, battery storage, lighting and video or audio intercoms. We agree the scope with the property manager or designated contact. Explain which decisions have already been made and who can provide access to technical areas. Work on private installations is not included in a communal project without a separate agreement.

Can I install an EV charger now and a battery later?
You can discuss both plans together. We look at what preparation is useful and which choices need to be checked again later. Preparation is not a guarantee that any future device can be connected.
Can you also replace our building's video or audio intercom?
Yes. We look at the existing cabling, access and desired operation. For an association of co-owners (VME) we agree the common and possible private parts separately.
