Tell us which rooms you want to address and when you use them. A bedroom needs a different discussion from a workspace or living room. Wattra assesses your needs and the building's possibilities. You do not need to have chosen a unit or its capacity in advance.
One room or multiple zones
We discuss whether you need air conditioning in one room or several, and the controls you expect. This helps us assess the possible arrangement and number of units. We do not select capacity based only on an estimated floor area or a photo.
Choose suitable locations for the units
We assess indoor and outdoor unit locations, pipe routes, drainage and electrical supply together. Access, noise and the immediate surroundings are also considered in the proposal. Tell us which locations you have in mind; we confirm feasible positions after assessment.
Installation, connections and operating guidance
The quote describes the chosen units and agreed fitting, pipes and connections. It also identifies any electrical modifications and preparatory work. When the system is put into use, we explain how to operate it. We discuss further support and maintenance arrangements for your installation.
One point of contact, the appropriate recognised contractor
Wattra discusses your project and coordinates the work. Wattra itself is not a recognised refrigeration contractor; work requiring that recognition is carried out by our regular recognised contractors. You can also contact us for air conditioning maintenance, faults or replacement. We confirm the specific service and any support for existing equipment beforehand.
Request a quote for your air conditioning
Send your municipality, the rooms involved and a few photos of possible unit locations. Equipment choice, pipe lengths and access affect the proposal. Based in Sint-Niklaas, in Waasland, we handle air conditioning requests across Flanders. The schedule and specific work are agreed in advance.
Regular partner for heating, cooling and plumbing
For heating, cooling and plumbing work, Wattra works on an ongoing basis with Dominique De Block of Klimaatbeheer. This is a regular delivery partner we work with weekly, not a one-off referral.
For the agreed work, Wattra remains your main contact and payment point. Quotations, planning, changes and invoicing go through Wattra. Your quotation clearly states which work is carried out by Wattra and which by the delivery partner.

Can I have several rooms equipped with air conditioning?
Yes, you can request air conditioning for one or more rooms. We assess suitable arrangements, units and pipe routes for each project. Not every room or preferred unit position is suitable without modifications.
Can my air conditioning also heat?
Tell us if you also want heating. We assess this alongside the building, how you use it and the proposed unit. We do not promise in advance that air conditioning can replace your entire existing heating system.
Is my electrical installation already suitable?
We check this for the chosen arrangement. Any necessary electrical modifications are identified in the proposal. An unused socket alone does not confirm that the connection is suitable.
How much does installing air conditioning cost?
The price depends on the number of rooms and units, the chosen arrangement, pipe lengths and access. Fitting, condensate drainage and any electrical modifications also matter. Send your municipality, room details and photos; the quote clearly separates the selected equipment from the installation work.
Where can the outdoor unit go?
We consider available space, pipe routes, access and noise affecting you and your surroundings. A preferred location is not automatically suitable. Send overview photos of possible positions; feasibility and any local requirements are discussed before the final arrangement is chosen.
What is included in the air conditioning quote?
Your quote identifies the units, fitting, pipes, drainage, connections and commissioning. Any electrical modifications and preparatory work are also scoped. Ask separately about finishing and maintenance: these are not automatically included in the installation.
Do you charge commission on work by Klimaatbeheer?
No. We work with regular specialists to offer customers a broader and reliable range of services. The quotation states the agreed work and price; additional or changed work is discussed first.
Who is my contact during the project?
Wattra remains your main contact for the agreed work. We coordinate planning and delivery with Klimaatbeheer; the specific division of work is stated in your quotation.
Who do I pay for heating, cooling or plumbing work?
Invoicing and payment for the agreed work go through Wattra, not directly through the delivery partner. This gives you one contact for quotation, planning and follow-up.
Why do you work with a regular delivery partner?
Some technical work requires specialist expertise and permissions. By working on an ongoing basis with reliable specialists, we can help with a broader range of work without requiring you to find and coordinate several parties yourself.
