If you load a company car at home, use your own power for an employer's car.

That power's on your bill. In order to get them repaid, it must be possible to demonstrate exactly how much went to that car.

Certified meters, isn't it?

For this there are loading posts with a certified meter. Pallets without that meter show you a figure in an app, but that is usually not a measurement on which a leasing company bases its refund. Call your employer before you choose: pay back my home-loaded power, and how? Are you asking for a certified meter? Should the pole be connected to a specific platform? And whose pole is it if I change jobs? These four answers determine which model you need. Changing pole afterwards will cost you the full investment again.

What your employer usually doesn't pay

Your charge stream might be compensated. Your quarter-hour peak demand isn't. Charge your car at full power as soon as you get home, while turning oven and dryer, then set a peak that drags you into your capacity tariff for a whole year. That's what you're wearing. Load balancing solves that: your EV charger controls back when your home needs power. We put that standard with us.

The post people forget: your sign

An EV charger belongs on its own circle with its own security. If your distribution board is full, or if it comes from the seventies or eighties, it has to go first. That's not more work we make up, that's the condition to get the installation sorted out. We say that in advance, even though our quote is therefore higher than that of someone who is not telling us.

Price agreements in Beveren

The price fork mainly depends on two things: the cable distance from your sign to your pitch, and whether your distribution board can still handle the extra circuit. That's what we see at the site visit, and then we call it a number.

Frequently asked questions about Beveren

Cannot find your question? Call or email us for an answer from an installer rather than a salesperson.

Do I need a certified meter?

Only if you have to pay back charged electricity at home by your employer or leasing company. Ask before you choose a pole, because changing afterwards costs you everything again.

Do I pay 6 or 21 percent VAT?

6 percent if your home is in use for at least ten years, it is mainly used privately and the pole is attached to or inside the house. A free standing pole in the middle of the garden often falls outside. See also our page on premiums and VAT.

Can my car load on my solar panels?

Yeah, with solar control. On an annual basis, this results in more than a faster EV charger.
