This is how underground cable work should be done
After photos or a site visit you get a fixed quote per meter, with digging separately mentioned: digging itself saves a lot. If your home is over ten years old, then the reduced VAT rate of 6% applies to labour and material.

What cable do I need to go to a gazebo?
That depends on what comes: lighting and a socket can be at 3G2,5; a workshop or pool pump requires more. We're calculating the section on power and distance.
How much does pull a cable to the garden?
Depends on the distance, the cable section and the digging. You dig the slot yourself, the price drops. After photos or a site visit you get a fixed quote per meter.
Which cable do I need for an EV charger?
For an 11 kW EV charger, usually a five-core cable of 6 mm², with a larger cross-section over longer distances to limit voltage drop. We calculate the exact cross-section and install a data cable at the same time for smart charging.
Which cable is allowed directly into the ground?
Only ground cable (type EXVB) can be dug in directly; normal installation cable (XVB) belongs in a protective tube. We lay outdoor cables as standard in a waiting tube: safer and you can replace later without digging.
Can I dig the slot myself?
Yeah, that's okay, and it saves. We pass the route and the depth (60 cm) in advance and then lay cable, tube and signaling tape correctly.
Can there be a cable under the driveway without breaking everything?
Often, with a perseverance: we drill the tube underneath the hardening by instead of opening it. This can be done under driveways, paths and terraces up to a few meters wide.
Why lay guard tubes if I don't plan anything yet?
Because plans change. An empty tube to the driveway or garden costs several tens of euros in a renovation; the same pipe later in slots costs a multiple.
Can network or data cable be in the same slot?
Yeah, but in a separate tube and with some distance from the power cable, you'll get interference on your network. In one slot we can easily put electricity, data and a spare tube together.
Is it necessary to carry out an inspection after pulling a cable?
If a new circle is added to your distribution board, then there is a AREI check. Wattra plans it and delivers the report. A cable in an existing circuit can usually be extended without.
