Describe the rooms, not just the number of units
A bedroom cooled in the evening has a different usage pattern from a home office occupied all day. For each room, describe its size, glazing, sunlight exposure and intended use: cooling, heating or both. This lets the installer assess your needs rather than count a standard package.
One outdoor unit does not make quotations identical
Daikin distinguishes single-split and multi-split systems. For a multi-split, record the references of every indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Ask what the selected combination delivers when the rooms are used simultaneously. Include pipe routes, condensate drainage, electrical supply, access and controls. Future expansion requires a separate check; it is not automatic.
How Wattra makes your enquiry specific
Provide a simple floor plan, photos of the proposed locations and your municipality. State whether it is a home, office or shared building. We discuss options and work arrangements; refrigeration work requiring certification is carried out by our regular certified contractors. An air-conditioning offer is not automatically a proposal for domestic hot water or full central heating.
What you can prepare now
- Rooms, usage times and required functions.
- Photos indoors, outdoors and of possible pipe routes.
Frequently asked questions
Can I simply add a room later?
Have connection options, capacity and permitted combinations checked first.
Is one outdoor unit always cheaper?
