Start with the parking space, not the product name
A charger by a façade requires a different setup from a freestanding space on a driveway or a car park with two cars. Note where the vehicle parks, how many spaces you use now and whether you expect future expansion. This lets us discuss EV One, EV Wall, EV Dual Wall or EV Dual Base as a concrete setup rather than standalone names.
A dual charge point also raises an infrastructure question
A second connection does not automatically mean that your existing supply or cable route is sufficient. Discuss available capacity, cabling, metering and use by family members, staff or residents. For a company car park or apartment building, management and any billing also belong separately in the proposal.
Compare quotations for the same setup
Ask for the exact model, mounting method, cable route, protection, metering and any recurring services to be stated separately. A low price for a standalone device is not automatically a lower price for the same ready-to-use charging setup.
What you can prepare now
- A photo of the parking space and route to the distribution board.
- The number of cars and users now and later.
- Whether an employer, company or apartment building has requirements for metering or access.
Frequently asked questions
Is EV Dual always the best choice for two cars?
Not automatically. Two separate chargers, available electrical capacity and the desired location may require a different approach. Have the complete setup assessed.
Are services or subscriptions automatically included?
Do not assume so. Ask the quotation to state selected functions, metering setup and any recurring costs clearly.
